Please check in one hour prior to departure time.

With an E-ticket, a ticket will be issued to you, unless departing at specified ticket center that does not offer a ticket.
Terms and Conditions
Agreed to Terms and Conditions of purchase, if you fail to check in for your scheduled trip you will be designated a NO SHOW,
therefore all bus fares for that segment will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Brothers Bus Line is not liable for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Therefore, tickets issued at the ticket counter cannot be reissued or refunded.
All tickets are good for six months from date of purchase, except as noted otherwise. All fares cannot be changed or refunded, however, under special circumstances BBL are willing to make possible changes with a 24hr advance notice. A fee of $10 will be applied to all ticket changes along with the difference in fare prices. Tickets cannot be transferred and may be voided by any authorized personnel within BBL if used by another person other than the original purchaser.
Brothers Bus Line will try to make every effort to provide on-time service, however, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, that may be affected by any number of reasons including mechanical problems, weather or traffic. Any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay, Brothers Bus Line will not be held liable.
Brothers Bus Line will not be responsible for any lost or stolen luggage. Printed E-Ticket and a valid photo ID must be presented at time of travel. All quoted fare and services are subject to change. Discount fares are only available on certain time and date of travel.
Schedule Changes: You may receive an e-mail from Brothers Bus Line if a schedule change occurs prior to or during your trip.
Lastly, please remember that your travel itineraries and information always are available through our representatives.
In accordance with federal regulations, Brothers Bus line will not allow any person to board any of its bus if that person appears to be intoxicated.
Passengers are subject to being reassigned to another seat if necessary to provide a seating accommodation required.
Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability in bus travel. Tickets could be purchased on the bus, in cities without a terminal.
BUY TICKETS AT A BBL TERMINAL
Brothers Bus Line operates two main terminals along the east coast that are equipped to sell tickets. You can purchase tickets for travel in advance or for the next bus available.
Brothers Bus Line only accepts cash. We cannot accept money in any other payment.
BUY TICKETS AT A BBL PICK UP AREAS
You can purchase tickets upon arrival on the bus at pick-up areas.
Group travel reservation should be made two weeks in advance with a 50 percent deposit on the day of reservation.
BAGGAGE INFORMATION
Only one standard size suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per reservation can be accommodated. Each additional luggage will be charged per luggage according to luggage size weight and type.
SHUTTLE SERVICES AVAILABLE
Shuttle/Van services is available in designated cities taking customers to main bus stop
providing a more convenient travel experience.
