Refunds and Exchanges

All fares are to be paid in US dollars.
Tickets could be purchased online and or over the phone.
All tickets are good for six months from date of purchase, except as noted otherwise.
All fares cannot be changed or refunded, however, under special circumstances BBL are willing to make possible changes.
Tickets cannot be transfered and may be voided by any authorized personnel within BBL if used by another person other than the original purchaser.

Brothers Bus Line will try to make every effort to provide on-time service, however, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times,
that may be affected by any number of reasons including mechanical problems, weather or traffic.
Any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such delay, Brothers Bus Line will not be held liable.

Brothers Bus Line will not be responsible for any lost or stolen luggage.
Printed E-Ticket and a valid photo ID must be presented at time of travel.
All quoted fare and services are subject to change.
Discount fares are only available on certain time and date of travel.
